These terms explain how you may use this website and give an overview of how bookings work. Full booking terms are sent with every session confirmation, and those signed terms are the ones that apply to your session.

Using this website
The information on this website is for general guidance. I keep it as accurate and up to date as I can, but prices, availability and session details are confirmed individually when you book.
Photographs and content
All photographs, text and design on this website belong to Marika Roseberg Photography or are used with permission. Please do not copy, download, edit or reuse them without written permission. Clients appear here only with their consent.
Enquiries and bookings
- Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not commit you to anything.
- A session is confirmed once you have accepted the booking terms and paid the deposit stated in your proposal.
- Prices on this website are starting prices. Your proposal sets out exactly what is included and the total cost before you book.
Changes and cancellations
Life happens. The notice periods, rescheduling options and how deposits are handled are set out clearly in your booking terms before you pay anything.
Your portraits
- You receive a personal licence to use your portraits as agreed in your proposal, for example on your website, social media and in print.
- Copyright in the photographs remains with Marika Roseberg Photography, as is standard in professional photography.
- I will only use your portraits in my own marketing with your written permission.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be used towards the session named on the voucher and are valid for the period shown on it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law.
Law
