Sweet Chilli Prawn Skewers

 750 g king prawns
 100 ml honey
 25 ml rice vinegar
 3 chillies (chopped)
 2 garlic cloves (minced)
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp water
 2 tsp dried seaweed

Blitz all ingredients except prawns using a hand blender.

Place prawns into a dish and pour over the marinade and leave in the fridge for 15-20 Minutes.

Thread on wooden skewers and grill on a medium heat for 2-3 Minutes from each side.
