Place anchovies in a small bowl, add lemon juice, zest and toss to combine. Set aside to marinate.
Clean mushrooms and halve them if necessary. Roughly chop kale (remove stalks).
In a medium frying pan melt 50g of butter and cook mushrooms for a couple of minutes until golden, then add another 25g of butter, chopped kale and cook for 3-5 Minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan melt remaining 25g of butter, add harissa paste and swirl to combine.
Place burrata on a large plate and spoon cooked mushrooms and kale around it. Add marinated anchovies, drizzle with spiced butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with crusty bread.
