Blueberry & Kiwi Chia Pudding

 50 g chia seeds
 200 ml coconut milk
 ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
 1 cup blueberries
 1 kiwi

Mix coconut milk with chia seeds and vanilla. Cover and place in the fridge for 15 Minutes or until set.

To arrange, scoop desired amount of chia seed pudding into a cup or bowl, then top with kiwi, blueberries and repeat.
