Heat a shallow ‘pool of oil’ in a large frying pan. Cut halloumi into fat chips, pat it dry with a paper towel and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Tip Halloumi fries into a large bowl, add Mara ‘Dulse’ Seaweed and toss.
Mix a pinch of coriander and cumin with the yogurt and season with seaweed. Serve chips with yogurt sauce, pomegranate seeds and mint.
