Soak dates in hot water for 10 Minutes
Toast all the nuts and seeds until golden. Tip into a blender and blitz to a chunky crumble.
Add drained dates and coconut oil. Blitz until everything is combined.
Spread the mixture evenly in the cake tin and leave it in the fridge to cool while preparing the filling.
Place strawberries, agave nectar and yogurt in the blender. Blitz until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the base and leave it in the freezer for at least 4 hours to set.
Serve immediately with fresh berries.
