1.50 kg white potatoes (fluffy like Maris Piper)
150 ml single cream
70 g butter
2 bay leaves
2 pinches ground nutmeg
salt & pepper to taste

Peel & wash the potatoes. Cut them into 2.5cm size chunks. Place them in a pan of boiling water, add bayleaves and simmer for 20 Minutes or until soft.

Drain potatoes and add butter, cream and spices. Mash together until smooth.
