A classic breakfast treat sure to get you a smile – smoked salmon and silky scrambled eggs.

Scrambled Eggs for Two:
 6 qts free range eggs
 100 ml double cream
 1 handful of spinach
 25 g butter
 1 tbsp olive oil
 100 g smoked salmon
 1 pinch salt & pepper
First Step
1

Heat butter and olive oil in a saucepan. Chop spinach and add to the saucepan and let it sauté for 1 minute.

Lightly whisk eggs, add cream and whisk again until the mixture has one consistency.

Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for 20 seconds, then using a whisk start stirring the mixture until eggs are softly set.

Remove saucepan from the heat and leave it for 30 seconds to finish cooking.

Give it a final stir and serve adding smoked salmon slices on top.
