Avocado & Lime Devilled Eggs

 6 eggs
 1 pinch salt
 1 ripe avocado
 1 garlic clove
 ½ cup parsley
 1 lime
 1 pinch cayenne pepper
 salt & pepper to taste
 ½ tsp wheatgrass powder

Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water and a pinch of salt. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 Minutes until hard boiled. Then place in an ice bath to cool down for 10 Minutes.

Peel the eggs and cut in half. Remove the cooked egg yolks into a bowl.

Peel the avocado and mince the garlic. Add to the bowl, then add herbs, lime juice and mash everything together.

Finally, add salt & pepper, mix well and fill the mixture back into the cut egg whites. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and enjoy!
